Richard is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with over 22 years experience in business. As the founder, chairman and NED of multiple businesses, Rich has established himself as an expert in the healthcare, manufacturing and consumer goods sectors.

Rich has overseen the growth and expansion of multiple businesses, he has a proven track record of outstanding success, he’s led the development of innovative products and services that have transformed the sectors he has worked in.

In addition to this, Rich has helped multiple sports and celebrity clients achieve their goals of venturing into the business world and is dedicated to helping businesses and individuals achieve their goals.

Current position – CEO and co-founder UniGreen Products Limited.

29 years of buying experience, 23 years of which I spent as a global buying director with a FTSE 100 company (Bunzl plc) and 2 multi billion dollar blue chip organisations(Diversey and Toysrus). I have managed a buying portfolio ranging from £250million to £1.2billion.

My experience covers global sourcing of private label brands , laying out a PR /marketing strategy for the brands, domestic supplier negotiations/performance management and staff development. My key driver for success has been due to the powerful relationships I built with my stakeholders.



Across a wide customer base over the past 16 years, in her capacity as sales and operations director, Tuesday has delivered £10 million of sales revenues within the electronic manufacturing, renewable energy and hygiene sectors.

Experienced in creating and delivering scalable sales and operational strategies with FTSE 100 company’s i.e. Bunzl, multi billion pound blue chip organisations such as Tesco , Sainsbury’s, Diversey, John Lewis/Waitrose Group and with several multi million pound SME’s across the UK.

Tuesday has been instrumental in setting up the Unisol group of companies in the USA.

Joe’s background is branding and corporate identity, so the importance of the way UniGreen appears and is presented is absolutely paramount to him. Having also worked heavily in the magazine and publishing industry for 12 years, engaging and relatable content is equally as important to Joe.

With 15 years experience in the field, Joe has gained a good understanding of what works and what doesn’t, and is forever working towards perfecting his craft and ensuring the businesses and projects he works on are presented in an aesthetically sound manor.

Joe can turn his hand to anything under the graphical and marketing umbrella, whether it be website design and development, large format signage or digital advertising, creative design work or any other visual communication achieve their goals.
